1F Lobby / Reception / Dental clinic

2F Rehabilitation Room

Specialist doctors, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists perform rehabilitation for up to 3 hours a day, and provide year-round life rehabilitation with nurse and carer support. In addition, medical counselors, dietitians, pharmacists, dental hygienists, and examination engineers work on the aim of returning patients to an independent and active life at home.

3F, 4F Convalescent Rehabilitation Ward

We provide year-round intensive rehabilitation for patients who need convalescence rehabilitation. The goal is not only to recover physical function but also to maintain a healthy mental condition.

The aim is for patients to return home to independence in everyday life. We discuss the living environment with our patients and families, and help them in their daily lives after they leave the hospital.
We provide uninterrupted medical care and aim to return patients home within 90 days.

5F Nursing Ward

This ward is for patients who need continued medical care, even after the acute and convalescent treatment is finished. For those who need to continue rehabilitation, we will perform rehabilitation by a variety of occupations. In order to provide patients and families with peace of mind, we provide high quality nursing and nursing care services every day.

  • The on-site walkway is equipped with a step-off slope.
  • An elevator is available for wheelchair users.
  • A parking lot is provided for wheelchair users.
  • The toilets are accessible to wheelchair users and ostomy users.
  • We have a nursing care center and baby chairs.
  • There are guidance blocks for visually impaired persons.
  • Handrails are placed on both sides of the main stairs.
  • Wheelchairs are available for use in the facility.

The Subaru Medical and Welfare Group develops medical welfare closely related to the region, such as acute hospitals, nursing care facilities, health checkups, clinics, nursing homes, care houses, and visiting nursing stations.
